Hello World

Postby AndroidOS » 08 Jan 2012, 07:27

Hi Everyone, AndroidOS is here! I won't bother with an intro,as I'm rubbish at them anyway.

Feel free to ask me anything!

I really like it, but the unofficial version I use on my phone has no Camera support and the graphics in games, etc. are glitchy, other than that it's supreme :D
Gives iOS a run for it's money for sure!
2.3 was getting a little long in the tooth I think...

It certainly was...
In my opinion, Android is better than iOS, mainly because Android supports devices for longer. I got an iPod touch two years ago, and I had to get another one because I could no longer update iOS.

Ahoy AndroidOS. I'm looking forward to working with you here. My phone is ancient like me, not even a camera but it still makes calls.

I'm glad your phone, while maybe unable to browse the internet at 4G speeds or take High Definition video, can still make a call well and reliably.
See, my phone has terrible sound quality and is too heavy and gets too hot, and uses too much battery, during a phone call.
So it's more of a portable entertainment device, not a phone :D
