Does your budget or other PC specs allow to add a SSD? There a lot faster.

@AndroidOS I haven't yet looked at SSDs because they don't have a how lot of space, unless they actually fit more on them?

@ASLnerd No, I bought a cheap gaming rig on Black Friday, and now I want to use it for more than just gaming purposes because its so fast.

Oh, OK. The biggest really is 256GB, but that is for £290.

Yeh, I'm looking for something inexpensive and big so I can store a lot of files and not worry about getting another one anytime soon.

Definitely go for a Western Digital... much quieter and more reliable than Seagate junk.
However while the Caviar Green are usually cheaper, they are made for energy saving, power efficiency, and thus have slower performance. Caviar Blue are middle-of0the-road, and Caviar Black are the high performance versions.
You could always get a cheap 128GB SSD or something then get a huge WD Caviar Green drive because if it's not the boot drive performance doesn't really matter that much (store your stuff on the big drive but put OS/programs on the SSD...
